Shipping & Delivery
- Siebas offers a speedy and free delivery method to all 50 states of the United States.
- We ship through UPS, DHL, Fedex, or USPS (United States Postal Service). The type of carrier that we choose is left to our sole discretion due to variable rates that may change periodically. In order to offer free and fast shipping we always go for the fastest and cost saving route in carrier selection. Nevertheless, our quality protection is offered from click to door.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
3-5 days:
- From the time you click submit in the checkout process the items in your cart ship the same day, if it is before 12 pm Eastern Time. From then on, it usually takes 3 days for the items in your cart to arrive, with exception if you live in Alaska or Hawaii, the items may take anywhere from 5-7 days to arrive.
- The majority of our fragrances ship from our wharehouses located in the eastern coast of the United States. Should it differ, each of our product pages has an estimated delivery time that the product is expected to arrive; weather permiting of course.
What if the shipping address is different than my billing address?
- Should the shipping address be different than the billing address we may need to further verify it by calling the number you listed in your account or by sending an email.
- We strongly recommend to use Paypal when using different addresses as it would give an extra level of security for both affected parties. If done through Paypal, then we can bypass the verification process that is in place to make sure that you are the person that is authorized to make the purchase.
- Please keep in mind that all our level of securites are in order to minimize fraudulent orders; we apologize for any inconveniences.
Do you ship internationally?
- We used to, but for now we are working in our planning to introduce an international store within Siebas in order to ship internationally. 
Privacy & Security
- We are committed to high security standards when it comes to protecting your information. At Siebas (sieba.net, siebas.net, siebas.com), we will not share or exchange any online information that you provide us with a third party unless you provide prior consent.
- All of our pages: checkout, ordering, your account, and the entirety of our online website has a secured online connection through a secure socket layer (SSL) system issued by Comodo CA. Your browser should show a green lock in the address bar indicating that this online store has a secure connection.
Is my payment information secured when checking out?
Yes it is:
- We use SSL for a secure connection between the payment servers, our servers, and our website. We do not store any credit card, debit card, or any other type of payment credentials in our servers or web framework. This is in order to offer a safe and secure environment.
- We also use Paypal for a more secure and fast checkout proccess and have recently added Futurepay (an installment option) to our payment methods. All are secured and reliable.
Returns & Replacements
- In the event that you are not satisfied with any of our products, contact us at returns@siebas.net within 30 days after the shipping date. Please include your order number and item name in the email in order to verify the order in our system.
- All fragrances that are sent back have to be unopened and in the sealed packaging that it originally arrived in.
- All of our returns are free of charge
- Once contacted, then a shipping label will be sent to you which will have the return address.
- Please note, we do not and can not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, so be sure to select your items carefully.
What if my package arrived damaged due to the shipping proccess?
- In the case that an item arrived damaged during shipment then contact us at returns@siebas.net, in order to notify the shipping courier and file a damage claim. A replacement or refund will be sent to you once we are contacted and initiate this process.
Payments
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Paypal, Paypal Credit (formerly known as Billme Later), and Future Pay (on orders over 200.00 USD).
- VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club are all made available through our partnership with Stripe payments. * Please note, that while your transaction is being proccessed it may show up by the name of stripe but once it finalizes in your bank account then its name will change to sieba.net.
- If you are still unsure about your security then we suggest checking out with Paypal or Paypal credit (subject to credit approval).
- Future Pay is a new and amazing option for installment payments (month to month payments) on any order that it equivalent to $200.00 USD or more as it will allow for monthly payments on items that you want to purchase but could not otherwise purchase at once. * We have chosen them in order to securely offer installment payments to our customers especially on niche fragrances and other products. Please note that proccessing with this payment method might be 2 business day in order to verify the information, to prevent fraudelent orders.
Updating Account Information
- Your account information (any non payment info) is easy to update shall the need arise. You will find this in your account dashboard under personal information ( only address, email, etc). Once again, we do not save nor store your payment credentials.
